Fighting Narcotics Trafficking

Founder

Narcotics Control Board (NACOB)

After retiring from the Ghana Police Service in 1989, Kofi Bentum Quantson was recalled to establish the Narcotics Control Board of Ghana. As its first Executive Secretary, he laid the foundation for Ghana's institutional response to drug trafficking and abuse.
